Male Pollen

I'm looking at my two lowryder males and some of the balls kind of seem open but I don't see any white powder falling from them or anything. Would a 26 day old lowryder male be dropping pollen by now?

When I tap the branches sometimes the inside of a nut falls down? I have no idea what this means but I really want to get one of my females pollinated and be done with the males.

Any help? Can I stick a female in there for 3 days or so and be good?

Give it a little bit of a shake over a mirror. if none yet..let it mature more.
if ya get a pile just brush it on to your females. pollen is pretty fine material can be hard to see under n HPS.
