Opinions on Odorsok

I have read some mixed things about the Odorsok and was wondering what you pro's think of them?

Better than a Carbon Scrubber?

Worse?

Do they really get rid of the smell?
how long can i use it ?

i will use 8'' odorsok on 750m3 extractor in homebox XL.

Just get a carbon scrubber. They work(Odorsok) but not nearly as good as a carbon scrubber imo.

I have a odor sok at the very end of the line on the exhaust of my Vortex, only for any residual smell that might be picked up from my light leaks (I pull the air thru) I have a carbon 6" scrubber at the beginning of my run inside the tent. IMO odor sok's don't compare to a scrubber...

i will buy online and odorsok is very light.but you say it is useless.
i think i will buy can filter.
in fact i want to buy phat filters but i cant find any grow shop that sends worlwide

i have one in a cabinet and am not happy with it. although it does reduce the smell, it does not eleminate it 100%. it is small, some of the carbon scrubbers are huge size wize in comparison. i solved the remaining odor issue with glade plugins (the odor was only noticable in the closet and bedroom where my cab is and the plugin in is in there)
