Replanting clones outside

When is the best time to replant my clones outside? I live in Southern California in the city where the climate is pretty weird. Hot during the day cold at night doesn't seem like summer yet. Any suggestions?

RR welcome to MP !-- Cuz adjust your lights slowly to match daylight over a week or so and U should be good !-- If U running the lights 24/7 or 18/6 and move the plants outside they will start to bloom and then slowly reveg which will hurt U in the end because of the time wasted beginning bloom then having to go back into the veg cycle !-- Good luck and big harvest to U !

I have them on 18 hours of light I want to put them outside. But not sure when to.I usually grow from seed, but not this year. when should I put the clones outside?

There is a good article here about hardening off clones.

In the past a few times I have thrown them out in the sun upon getting them and had them live. The bottom leaves tend to light burn but I trim those off anyways. I would not recommend this.

My outdoors I always have in around July 4th. I can't allow mine to get huge.
