Seedling Lighting?

Hey guys! If I germinated some seeds and put about 3 in pots in some soil whats the wattage on the cfl bulb I should use on these seedlings. And how long do I put them under said bulb until I switch to a stronger watt bulb?

I start my seedlings under weaker flouros and build them up to more extreme conditions. With the rapid growth of seedlings I use about 4 - 2 foot 35 watt flouros. This usually accomidates about ten or twenty dixie sized cups for me but works well with a variety of scenerios. I'll use the flouros for about 2 weeks and move the to the Higher output T5 flouros untill they finally get a 1000 watt halide for a few weeks prior to the 12/12 stages.

couple t5's will do the trick for a couple weeks, then move them under what ever you got
