Temp 78, humidity 60. In coco perlite mix. She popped quick, but is struggling to open. Looks overwatered?

I sprout my seeds in small containers like that wrapped in plastic wrap in pretty moist soil. They sometimes grow up into the plastic wrap(so they are in very moist soil) and still do fine. When I remove the plastic wrap I try to let the soil dry out a bit. My guess is that seedling will be up and at ‘em in no time.
