Need info, my seedlings are about 4 weeks old and doing well they are under lights. is it ok to move them out to the sun then back to the lights when the sun is down.

Need info, my seedlings are about 4 weeks old and doing well they are under lights. is it ok to move them out to the sun then back to the lights when the sun is down.

Is this going to eventually be an outdoor grow? I ask because one of the things that comes to mind for me is watch out you don't bring bugs/pests back into the indoor grow room...other then that you will want to gradually build up their outdoor time to get used to and acclimated to the suns powerful rays...
