Son Agro 430 w

I have the Son Agor 430 w.. it is supposed to have an improved blue spectrum with 30% more blue.... when would it be cool to move my plants from under the flouros to under the son agro

Nothing stopping ya. More lumens the better.

You can use that light for the whole growing process if you want. A lot of people use flouros for veggin to save $$$ on power, and only use an HPS for the 12/12 flowering cycle. However, if you aren't worried bout the cash, I'd say use that light through the whole grow unless you have a multi chamber setup and you need that light somewhere else.
