You are growing in soil, the ideal soil PH is 6.5
A PH of 7.6 will give you nutrient lock outs depriving your plant of vital elements.

7.6 is base not acid yup i grow around 6.5 and its amazing, ur plant looks very wierd, i believe when u did the 10/14 u put it in veg then 8/16 its not even gd enough flowering and now u return to 12/12 hmmmm i would be considering a hermie as an outcome of all this . get better pics please

Are you sure you are light tight?
Those plants look like either bagseed runts that arent going anywhere or you've a light leak as you should have tight buds forming but your plants are stretched out,not looking right at all I'm afraid so can you confirm you are absolutely dark in lights off as it's very important.
