which 400HPS unit is better?

Hi, i will gorw in a 3X4 space, I want to use one of these lights throught, veg and flower. Which unit is best, in terms of more efficient, lumen distribution, less heat, less energy used?????Thanks. Pic included.

are they both convertible ballust? Does either one of them have a fan?..

I dont think they have fans. Convertible, dont know what that is sorry. One has the ballast built in, its a sun system2.

Can either one run both a MH bulb and HPS bulb? That's what Convertible ballast means. The sun system 2 might get a little more hot since it has a built in ballast. Overall they are probably about the same. I would go with the one with the remote ballast, just for the heat..

shoot. if i had two ballasts, i'd be rock'n both of em too! :headbang2:
and they should have a sticker on there somewhere that says, "use only MH" or "use only HPS" i believe. and there are conversion bulbs available if need be.
