Which nutrients during flowering?

I am just wondering what type of nutes you are suppose to use during flowering. I have 3 plants that are in the 3rd week of flowering and there lookin a little limp. They all look spread apart and are barely budding. I used nutes in the begginging but due to some burns i got scared and havent put nething in since.

i havn't taken ne pics yet but i will tomm. I don't think they r sick, they jus look a little on the unhealthy side.
