You already know my story. As a Federal Contractor I had no choice. I got the one shot and done J&J. No boosters, no second shot and have had no problems.
It's the only one of the three that was a regular Vaccine.
My doctor suggested the J&J for this reason.
The ultimate difference is the way the instructions are delivered. The Moderna and Pfizer vaccines use mRNA technology, and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine uses the more traditional virus-based technology.
