200 watt CFL

Some one gave me this light and I wanted some input before I put it to work. Anyone out there familiar with this and if so, what's the story!!!

I have one and love it for veg. Mine doesn't get hot at all, can keep it within inches of the plants.

CFLs are my fav because there cheap and minimal in heat like Crazy Horse said. I wish i could get my hands on a 200 watt,I only have 100's
