Flushing ?

Im fairly new to indoor growing i see alot about flushing plants if problems what exactly is flushing and how does it work ?

You usualy flush your plants when you use too much ferts and it burns your plants.

Basicly you just pour enough water to fill the pot twice (well thats what i do anyway) and it flushes all the ferts out.

and that wont hurt them by over watering ?

no not if you have a drainage hole .. which hopefully you do .. the water goes right through the soil then out the bottom
