my 600hps white light???

I have a 600watt hps for a few months now. Just last nite I went to ck on them and the light was off. I pluged everything back and the light is shining white. Why is this happening? Can anyone help me. Any suggestions? ?? Thanks for any help and your time.

sounds like the bulb going bad. Most HPS look white/blue when first starting up then turn orange as the bulb heats up. It might be the starter in the ballest but when they go out most the time the bulb will not light up at all ot it just glows a little
