Okay, so I picked up some vermiculite and perlite. I'm thinking of doing 1/3 of each including the peat moss. I've got some dolomite lime to lower the PH of the soil by mixing it in my water if need be. Seeds are taking forever to germinate but as far as I know I've got 100% germination rate.

I don't know a lot But I would say 60% Peat is to much..
