It is fast becoming the "norm" here in Cali.

I highly doubt that LEO is posting ads on Craigslist to entrap folks for trim...unless it is the Feds!

It's happening more and more around here. Violent attacks during home invasions, and targeting growers specifically.
THAT is exactly "why" we discourage anyone from posting OR asking for personal or contact information.. You have NO idea "who".. you are exchanging with. "IMHO" it is naive, (to be kind) to assume that you are giving up your personal information to anyone 'less' than a crook or a cop.

I have to agree with Hick...my concern is more getting jacked then arrested.

I must say I have not heard of it happening...yet...thru the classified MMJ sites...but I am sure it will sooner then later. I have heard of the ole "bait and switch" on folks tho.

I aint condoning it....just giving some info on what I have seen thus far.

I think hick nailed it. I would be more worried about robbers, than cops. More than likely there are several people out there putting up fake ads to see who's dumb enough to give an address. And, since this thing called pride exists, then you know most of those who got robbed this way kept their mouths shut about it.

I have to say I hear of a lot more people getting robbed from net-hooks than busted. Word around here is a guy who got killed in the santa cruz mountains was a net-hook-up.
