What did you eat last that you really enjoyed

Smothered collard greens with smoked sausage and shrimp. And to cut down on carbs, tried cauliflower rice tonight. A little butter, salt and pepper made it much better than expected.

Have you tried the cauliflower steaks yet?

Not yet! But I’d be open to it. I hadn’t seen the cauliflower steak but I saw someone do cabbage

The cauliflower is ok if you fry it right with spices.

Redskin and I were working on a job where they'd decided to put on a Christmas dinner on the job. Over a dozen of the guys had donated all kinds of different wild meat, and this one crack head laborer gal said she'd do the cooking, but she wanted $30 a head to do it. I shined on it and Redskin did too.
I came up with a devious idea and told Redskin about it.
Come the group lunch, I pulled out two cans of tuna that had had the labels ripped off of 'em and some Little Friskies labels glued on. We popped 'em open with a can opener that I'd brought and commenced to eating 'em. One guy notices and bumps the next guy. It went all the way around the circle 'til one dude says, "You guys are eating cat food?"
I replied that it was really good. Redskin says, " I think I got a beak in mine."
A couple of guys quit eating and one damn near puked. TINS.
