What did you eat last that you really enjoyed

Had some really tasty Popcorn shrimp that came frozen with the complete shell removed and breaded lightly.
Came frozen in a box all set to hit the Air Fryer. I love them along with some tatter tots LOL.

Smothered collard greens with smoked sausage and shrimp. And to cut down on carbs, tried cauliflower rice tonight. A little butter, salt and pepper made it much better than expected.
