Considering that plants have optimum light, optimum water levels and are in classic plastic cups, how long do they have till transplantation to one litre pots?

They are 100% sativa bag seeds, the tallest one is 2,5~cm (1~inch) and second set of true leaves are emerging.

i keep mine in small containers for the first 4 to 5 weeks. i like to let them get root bound in those small cups first. but thats just me. it makes it easier to transplant if all the soil in the cup is held together by roots. good luck
