Actually alot of vegetables (most) are high in fiber or good sources of fiber. Also fruits can also be good sources of fiber also mainly berries and what not, also nuts can be to depending on the nuts. then you have beans:D :D . here's a site that shows whats good and has some good info as well hxxp://www.gicare.com/pated/edtgs01.htm . the list is to long to list so just skim over it. not only is it filing but it can help keep your colon cleaned out. just remember start on a low fiber eating habit if you don't eat alot of stuff high in fiber.

the reason i stress fiber is cause its filling. so you won't eat as much. also when you eat through out the day at night give yourself a cut off time like 6-7pm, then anytime after that if you want a snack choose a healthy one. Don't try to fool your body that you don't need a snack, eat something or drink some juice or water. you will drop weight in no time. i dropped alot of weight because of this myself. i exercised as well

And like alot of other people told you, just eat healthy things. a one day in the week (1meal) of something with sugar isn't a bad idea or you'll find yourself splurging on things you shouldn't. just eat a piece of cake or something. The key is not to be high when eating sugary foods:)
