Im from New England (Boston,Mass area) and was wondering if anybody near me knows when I can put my plant outside, and when will it start flowering?

http://www.almanac.com/ .. look there for first and last frost dates for "your" area.
OD plants are going to begin flowering several weeks after summer solctise(June 21). Depending on specific strain, latitude, ect. sometime between the last week July and mid August, they should begin to flower, finishing late Sept. to mid-late Oct.
