new setup

Hi all
I setup a new size DWC ,3 gal system I had.
The new size is 17"x24"x4'.5",new grow box all sides are lined with mylar,must keep small.
Lights are 1- 150watt HPS ,16000 lumus
CFL105w- 400watt ,5000K at 6500 lumus
Useing both lights should work out ok ?
Plants are only supose to grow to 30-80cm tall.Thought I would LST the plant or plants 2!!
any thoughts would be great!

Sounds good. That will be plenty of light, but it will create some heat. What are your plans for ventilation? If you put the 150W HPS in a cool tube, it would help heat issues.

Thanks and yes,I will vent out sides at the top, two fans will be at 150cfm at least. the tank sets on a short coffee table ,drilled holes along the table top around the DWC setup..drawing air from the bottom up throw the top of the case! Air will be pumped up throw the bottom to.
I will have a fan inside to keep air moving over plant on inside.
