trimming.... how much is too much ?

hi all
would you trim a bit more of this plant


this plant/ clone always looks bad at the start ... lots of single leaves and lots of small branches round the bottom of plants
im going to put them in flower at the weekend so im trimming then now .... but im never sure how much to take off

I remove only lower branches when they dont make it too around the mid point or up on the plant. most times that low area will not recieve enough light for nice buds.

I follow the same advice. I can see only one little branch at the bottom that i might remove, but i would try to grow it out first. I usually force those lower branches to stretch out from the bottom to grab more light. Or its not really worth it
