Another newbie !

Hi everyone
Im new to this site some good info on here.
Thinking about growing in the new year and was wondering if anyone has had good results from the BC northern lights grow cabinets ?
Also could someone tell me what EC means in growing ???
Any info much appreciated.

Concerning EC, it stands for electric current, I believe. It measures the waters ability to conduct electricity based on how many minerals are in the it. This measurement serves to tell you how many dissolved solids (minerals and perhaps other stuff) there are in the water. However, EC mostly concerns hydroponic growers, and not dirt farmers.

For successful growing (hydro or soil) a digital pH meter is of utmost importance. You'll read a lot about marijuana and its requirements, and pH is very important; all the other requirements can be met, but if the pH is askew, the plants will suffer.
