Hi man welcome in this campus
they look really god
about picture size
select your pic
right clik , open with , select paint ,then on the top select .. aaaaa just pres Ctrl + W and you will see 4 little windows , change 2 first ones from 100% to 50 or 25 (depend on the size you have ) and then just clik save and there you go
