Needing LRX2 info!!

I've recieved my LRX2's from the Doc, I have them germinating at the moment, but i need help on how deep i should put the germies, and should i put the root down or on her side?? I'm working all indoor and this is my first educated grow, I will start my grow journal as soon as i put her in dirt. I would also like to know if a carbon filter is used for and if it is necessary, love you guys- peace

It's recommended to put the tap root that comes out be pointed up because it makes a natural curve back down the seed to then take root. I put mine on their side! I've never had a problem. i pot my sprouts about middle knuckle deep in soil and lightly fill
the hole with soil.
