Am I supposed to take the plastic of the 4 in rockwool cubs?

Not sure Bro,,I am growing in soil,,but I tell ya,,that looks like root bound to me, so something needs to change. Im sure you can take that off,,but ya have to probably have the cube covered with those clay pebbles to protect roots from light.

the PH is around 5.8-6.0 and i boosted my nutrs to 750 PPM
