was up all without knowing the strain of a plant. How can u tell when it is time to start flushing. Guest am trying to say do u have enough time to flush when the trich first start changing color.

Buddog,

ANY flushing is better than none, so yes, you can flush after the trichs start to change from clear to cloudy to amber...in fact, this is when you SHOULD be flushing!

By "flushing" you mean feeding nothing but plain ph'd water, correct? (just so we're on the same page).

Are you feeding organic nutes? Adding any carbo (sugar) loads to it?

that right nothing but ph'd water. This is my frist hydro grow everything going good i just don't want to mess up now. as a rule of thum how long does it take for the color change on the trichs.

oyea advanced 3 part that is all.

a week before harvest nothing but pure water, or flush, but water works just as well

no thats for soil as well, but with soil or soil-less mixes I would recommend two weeks of straight water feedings
